Some people would say that there is simply no point in spending a few hundred dollars on a designer purse when you can buy a purse at your nearest department store for twenty dollars. These people often consider the money spent on these designers’ purses to be a waste of money. But that is just like someone saying there is no reason to ever buy anything off a car lot that isn’t the cheapest in price, otherwise you are just paying for a name. Just as that does not make sense with cars, it does not make sense with purses.
If you want a purse that is going to get dirty fast, stain, have uneven stitching and other unsightly markings, or even fall completely apart. Then go ahead and buy that twenty-dollar purse but consider how many twenty dollar purses you will have to buy in the next ten years and you may find that your cost out of pocket will well exceed the cost of a two hundred dollar designer purse. If you want to actually get a product that is worth your money and will last a lifetime, then you should invest your money in a designer purse right from the very start and just be done with it.
